Job description

Physical Therapist – Early Intervention

Help young children reach their fullest potential while supporting families every step of the way.

Creative Interventions is looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention team. If you're passionate about working with infants and toddlers and enjoy building meaningful relationships with families, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Provide family-centered, culturally responsive early intervention services.

  • Complete developmental and motor assessments.

  • Recommend mobility and adaptive equipment as needed.

  • Coach families using evidence-based strategies in the child's natural environment.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child's development.

  • Follow the APTA Code of Ethics.

Position Details
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available

  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • Community-based position serving Tolland, Hartford, Litchfield, New Haven, New London, and Middlesex counties

  • Connecticut Physical Therapist license required
