This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX
The Marketing & Loyalty team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results. As Manager, Media Strategy & Planning, you will build and oversee the execution of comprehensive, multi-channel media plans for Hilton, contributing to innovative and impactful campaign development from conceptualization through execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will ensure timelines are met, expectations across multiple partners are managed, and strong media safeguards are implemented, while providing subject-matter expertise, leading media agency relationships, and applying emerging tactics in the evolving advertising marketplace.
What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Lead the planning, management, and execution of Hilton's Masterbrand media campaigns, partnering with internal stakeholders and agency teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel media plans that achieve business objectives.
  • Manage enterprise media partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring successful execution, ongoing optimization, and delivery against agreed business outcomes.
  • Track, evaluate, and communicate partnership performance and value realization, developing executive-ready reporting that demonstrates business impact and informs future investment decisions.
  • Lead the planning and activation of sponsorship and custom media programs with key media partners, ensuring strategic alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Partner closely with internal marketing, creative, brand, and agency teams to ensure media, creative assets, and custom executions are aligned, delivered on time, and optimized across all placements and channels.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Brand, Creative, Partnerships, and agency teams to successfully manage complex initiatives and drive projects from strategy through execution.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Marketing, Brand, Creative, Partnerships, and agency teams to align media strategy, creative assets, custom executions, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Lead media agency relationships and provide the Marketing team with media strategy and planning subject-matter expertise.
  • Build trusted relationships within the media community and across internal teams to manage complex initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Integrated, full-funnel Masterbrand media plans that achieve defined business objectives.
  • Enterprise media partnerships and sponsorships executed, optimized, and delivered against agreed business outcomes.
  • Executive-ready partnership performance and value-realization reporting that demonstrates business impact and informs future investment decisions.
  • Sponsorship and custom media programs activated with key media partners and aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Media and creative assets aligned, delivered on time, and optimized across placements and channels.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Five (5) years of work experience at a media agency or in a corporate media role
  • Experience planning across a wide array of media channels, including Social, TV/Video, Audio, Digital, and other non-traditional media
  • Experience planning and stewarding cross-channel media campaigns and sponsorships
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic digital landscape and how to use audience and data-targeting tactics
  • This is a hybrid role based in our corporate office in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA
  • Travel up to 10%

  • BA/BS Bachelor's degree
  • Project-management ability across critical and often fluctuating deadlines
  • Experience overseeing college sports marketing and media partnerships
  • Flexibility as needs evolve, with the ability to establish clear processes and direction

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
