Our Creative Agency Team delivers award-winning branding and marketing services to clients across the U.S. as well as international markets. We seek a dynamic Business Development professional to be a driving force behind our growth. This is a unique opportunity for a relationship-oriented, creatively fluent professional to help expand our real estate and hospitality client portfolio.

Your Impact:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the pipeline of qualified opportunities for our 360 branding and marketing services - from prospecting to proposal to pitch.
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads across key sectors - with a focus on real estate (e.g., multifamily, mixed-use, office) and hospitality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals that win and inspire.
  • Maintain and report on the group's HubSpot pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
  • Be the front line at industry events and conferences as a key representative of the Streetsense brand and voice.
  • Work closely with Agency Leadership, Chief Growth Officer, and Head of Sales to define and execute our Creative Agency's growth strategy.

Who We Are:

  • A connector and closer - someone who knows how to open doors and turn conversations into conversions.
  • A creative seller - fluent in the language of branding, design, and marketing for real estate.
  • A strategic thinker - that knows how to spot the right opportunities and tailor messaging and case studies to resonate.
  • A collaborator - that loves working together in a team environment to develop exciting opportunities and clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development; real estate industry experience and network strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and creative services.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation with opportunity for performance-based bonus.
  • Opportunities for growth, leadership, and exposure across a highly respected creative consultancy and within a high-performing team.
  • A passionate, tight-knit culture that blends hustle, heart, and creativity.

Streetsense is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
