Role Overview


The Sewing Specialist is responsible for executing custom orders by sewing embroidered patches onto accessories. This role requires speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while supporting both in-store and special projects.


What You’ll Do


• Sew custom patches onto accessories with speed and accuracy
• Execute custom orders based on invoices and design instructions
• Ensure proper placement and alignment of patches with strong attention to detail
• Meet daily sewing targets and communicate any challenges proactively
• Support layout and preparation of customized designs
• Check inventory and customization accuracy before and after sewing
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate supply needs and process improvements
• Travel to stores or events to support live customization when needed
• Assist with additional retail or operational tasks as required



What You Bring


• Prior professional work experience
• Experience using a sewing machine (required)
• Experience with chain stitch embroidery (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
