Location: Buena Park, CA (on-site)
Pay: $18.50 to $23.00/hour
Schedule: 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday (overtime and weekends required)
Type: Temp-to-hire, with some direct hire opportunities

Kimco Staffing is hiring Sewing Machine Operators for a well-established Buena Park manufacturer that builds office chairs and backpacks. We're looking for operators at all experience levels, and several of these are direct hire opportunities with the company. This is steady, hands-on production work with weekly pay and a real path to a long-term, full-time job.

What you'll be doing

  • Running industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble upholstery components
  • Working with fabric, vinyl, leather, and related materials
  • Following work instructions and quality standards to hit production goals
  • Handling light assembly and finishing with basic hand tools
  • Bringing a strong safety and quality mindset every shift
