We have an exciting opportunity and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Creative Team.

About the role

As a Project Manager you will oversee integrated creative and digital planning and delivery across complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment, operational effectiveness, and high-quality execution. You will also build strong relationships and act as a trusted partner to account teams and stakeholders, combining consultancy, digital and creative expertise and delivery leadership to shape impactful solutions.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Provide specialist creative/digital expertise across projects and business opportunities, including, but not limited to, video production, app development, gamification, websites, and booth build outs
  • Partner with account teams and creative and digital team to shape impactful deliverables in consideration of client needs
  • Support project scoping activities, building timelines and budgets based on project briefs
  • Work with operations and resource teams to support planning, prioritization, and allocation activities
  • Monitor project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, managing challenges and escalation where required
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, efficient, and high-quality project execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery approaches, operational processes, and team effectiveness
  • Stay informed on new technologies, digital trends, customer engagement approaches, and industry developments relevant to healthcare communications

About you:

  • 3+ years' experience leading creative and digital project delivery, experience in pharma is a plus
  • Experience with multiple types of creative and digital deliverables
  • Experience working in different project management software
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management and influencing skills
  • Pragmatic commercial mindset; appropriate scoping for client budget, supports financial goals through efficiency, maximising recovery on projects, astute time recording, and management of quality in our deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and future-focused mindset
