Job description

Creative Director

We are looking for a creative leader to shape the visual direction for all Neighborly brands. You will conceptualize, execute, and guide creative projects across print, digital, and video, while mentoring designers and collaborating with marketing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop campaign concepts, creative platforms, and big ideas across multiple brands.
  • Translate marketing goals into compelling creative for print, digital, and video formats.
  • Set creative vision for all brands and lead execution, including art direction and copywriting.
  • Provide direction, feedback, and oversight to designers and Jr. Creative Director.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Act as lead creative point of contact for agency productions.
  • Partner with marketing and brand teams to shape messaging and creative strategy.
  • Present creative concepts and rationale to brand leadership and stakeholders.
  • Use performance data and insights to refine creative approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to set the vision for Neighborly brands.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8–12+ years of experience in creative roles (agency or in‑house).
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and AI tools for creative development (ChatGPT, Runway, Copilot, etc.).
  • Proven track record developing campaign concepts and creative platforms.
  • Experience executing work across print, digital, and video.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both concepting and execution capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Skills
  • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to develop clear, compelling creative ideas.
  • Ability to execute creative work across multiple formats with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Schedule & Location

Hybrid working model: Monday‑Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home. Office locations: 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX and 1010 N University Parks Dr, Waco, TX.

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
