Job Description:

The Creative Services Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end creative projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with corporate brand standards. This role collaborates with internal marketing teams and creative stakeholders to drive high-quality content execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management (60%):

โ€ข Manage creative deliverables such as brochures, ads, presentations, AEM web pages, Eloqua emails, and social media content
โ€ข Develop project timelines, estimates, and schedules
โ€ข Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
โ€ข Coordinate workflows across design, proofreading, and art direction teams
โ€ข Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and creative teams
โ€ข Define project roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
โ€ข Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Collaboration (30%):
