Job description

DCG ONE is one of the largest privately held marketing service providers in the country. Based in Seattle, with locations in NYC and Maryland, we help companies deliver their brand worldwide through creative, print, and fulfillment services.
We're looking to expand our team with a Project Manager II position to support a wide variety of client initiatives. This is a hands-on role across multiple mediums in digital, video, and traditional creative campaigns for well-known clients including American Express, L'Oreal and Amazon, to name a few. You will be on the front lines with a mix of internal and enterprise level client partners ensuring the highest quality deliverables. You take pride in being the point-person within the team who helps develop and launch a variety of projects and programs while working to build DCG ONE's reputation with our diverse set of clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The core of the position is ensuring that projects are set up properly and are going through the workflow efficiently, helping team members understand their involvement and keeping clients informed and on track. You will be part of our Project Management team in managing dedicated projects, collaborating with Strategy, Creative and Tech teams, and handling day-to-day client interaction in collaboration with the Account team.
The range of tasks include setting up jobs in our workflow software, allocating the correct resources, and scheduling and reviewing creative deliverables with both internal stakeholders and directly with clients. We're looking for someone with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all internal team members while keeping focus on the clients' goals and needs.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the lead partner to the Account Manager while comfortable in an external client-facing role.
  • Collaborate across teams to understand project scopes; review materials, build timelines, manage team activities, and create project documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day project schedules/calendars to track campaign and deliverable milestones
  • Manage project resources and tasks across digital and print campaigns.
  • Ensure that the project outcomes meet the deliverable deadlines and the required standard of quality on budget.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to other Project Managers on your team across various workflows.
  • Monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems while proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.
  • Oversee post-production timelines, development of all assets, QCing and managing final delivery.
  • Set and define new processes as needed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital or traditional advertising agency.
  • Experience working with external vendors and/or agency partners
  • Excellent written and oral communication - both internally and with clients
  • Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Strong interest in digital experiences

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
  • Familiarity with project management techniques and tools, Asana, or Azure Dev Ops experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with design tools and development terminology; knowledge of Adobe CS, Invision, Figma, Sketch App a plus but not required.
