EPC Project Manager | Energy & Utilities

We are seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-to-large energy infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from planning and scoping through execution and closeout
  • Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, forecasting, and risk
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages
  • Develop project plans, track performance, and communicate status to leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Lead project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder communications
  • Validate financial forecasts and reconcile project expenditures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of engineering or business experience with project leadership responsibilities
  • Experience leading medium-to-large scale projects
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred:

  • Electric or gas transmission/distribution experience
  • Energy or utility infrastructure project experience
  • Experience working with large customers, municipalities, or agencies
  • Experience with risk management and senior leadership reporting
