Technical Program & Project Management Specialist #1062297
Position Description:
Project Management & Scrum Leadership
  • Serve as Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager for BOBM IT initiatives, driving delivery across SAP, integration, production support, and business workstreams
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Partner with product owners, business leads, technical teams, and vendors to prioritize backlogs, define sprint goals, and remove delivery impediments
  • Track sprint progress, release readiness, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items using tools such as JIRA, SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), and ServiceNow
  • Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability across cross-functional teams
  • Lead end-to-end IT project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for complex SAP and BOBM application initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, integrated timelines, milestone trackers, dependency maps, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget awareness, risks, issues, decisions, and change impacts across business and technical stakeholders
  • Coordinate with us, BOBM, Accenture, SAP, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of commitments and resolution of blockers
  • Ensure project documentation, meeting notes, action items, approvals, and governance artifacts are accurate, current, and audit-ready
  • Prepare leadership reporting, status updates, burndown metrics, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards for stakeholders
  • Coordinate delivery across HR, Finance, MDM, Purchasing, Supply Chain Collaboration, Warehouse, and other SAP-integrated business functions
  • Partner with functional and technical teams to align requirements, integration dependencies, testing needs, deployment readiness, and cutover activities
  • Translate business needs into clear delivery plans, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable team tasks where appropriate
  • Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure alignment between business priorities, technical constraints, and operational readiness
  • Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect triage, retesting, sign-offs, and release readiness checkpoints
  • Support change management activities including training coordination, stakeholder communications, job aids, and deployment support materials
  • Ensure impacted users and support teams are prepared for process, system, and operational changes before go-live
  • Work closely with our teams, BOBM stakeholders, Accenture, SAP, and third-party vendors to drive alignment, issue resolution, and successful delivery outcomes
  • Identify delivery risks early, escalate appropriately, and drive mitigation plans to protect timeline, scope, and business readiness
  • Continuously improve Agile processes, project governance practices, communication routines, and delivery execution across teams
