Managing highly complex, large-scale strategic initiatives across matrixed, cross-functional environments requires a seasoned leader capable of bridging execution and strategy. This role addresses these hurdles by developing comprehensive strategic roadmaps, identifying operational bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement across diverse business and operational teams. By establishing robust risk mitigation frameworks and optimizing resource allocation, the program's objectives remain aligned with overarching corporate strategy. Ultimately, this senior-level execution ensures seamless organizational transitions, high-quality deliverables, and the active mentorship of project management talent within the organization.

  • Lead complex, large-scale business and operational programs from initial vision to successful realization with high autonomy, ensuring alignment with key departmental OKRs
  • Orchestrate matrixed cross-functional teams, establishing program schedules, milestones, and governance structures to guarantee operational excellence

    • PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification (Preferred)
