As part of the Marketing Program Management Office, the Senior Marketing Program Manager plays a key role in the execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables by considering the goals and objectives of the program and helping identify program milestones and their sequencing. The Senior Program Manager effectively problem solves and can communicate concise and accurate requirements for projects to both creative and business partners.

  • Working closely with marketing peers, is expert at problem solving with a focus on the strategic value of initiatives, driving project effectiveness, and process efficiencies.

  • Collaborates with enterprise-wide partners and third-party media agencies to manage marketing deliverables, from customer strategy and insights, through planning, production, and reviews to in-market, including trafficking media deliverables.

  • Helps teams prioritize deliverables, driving project effectiveness, and process efficiencies.

  • Creates and maintains project schedules to tracks deliverables and timelines for the cross-functional marketing team.

  • Maintains key artifacts, including creative placemats, marketing calendars and roadmap for program visibility, and planning documents to enable prioritization discussions.

  • Facilitates and ensures cross-functional team meetings run efficiently and uses workflow management tools to help maintain the marketing team's work.

  • Self-directed with strong facilitation skills that empower cross-functional teams by planning and prioritizing work, providing clear direction, and maintaining clear communications with team members and partners.

  • Experience bringing innovation and automation to drive efficiency in workflow management tools.

  • Anticipates, and works to eliminate or minimize, potential challenges and issues.

  • Adept at problem solving and have a keen interest in finding and sharing process efficiencies.

  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.

  • Successful experience in a professional environment; 3+ years marketing/agency experience desired.

  • BA/BS with significant coursework in advertising, production, creative and/or marketing
