Overview & Position Summary
This role leads the division's marketing function, driving the planning, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives to support sales, brand positioning, and business growth. The position manages a team of experienced marketing professionals and ensures that campaigns, programs, and strategies align with corporate objectives and division priorities. It collaborates cross-functionally to influence and guide decision-making, optimize marketing performance, and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the division marketing plan, ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards and business objectives.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to achieve operational goals.
  • Oversee marketing programs and campaigns across digital, field, creative, and communications channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, including Sales, Construction, and Digital Marketing, to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
  • Monitor marketing performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations to optimize campaigns, budgets, and ROI.
  • Establish and maintain operational processes, workflows, and best practices to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Influence stakeholders outside the marketing function by providing insight, expertise, and guidance on marketing policies, practices, and approaches.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for marketing services, ensuring quality deliverables and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to inform marketing strategy and innovation.
  • Support short-term operational planning and execution of division-level marketing objectives.

Education & Experience
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred:
  • Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or residential development.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs and cross-functional teams.
