The Program Administrator is part of O.C. Tanner's Client Success Department. In this position you are responsible for ensuring that our programs are configured and maintained to meet the needs of our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Gain full understanding of O.C. Tanner technology to maintain and support configuration and updates to anniversaries program catalog merchandise and pricing.

  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain focus and work effectively amidst multiple and competing demands.

  • Effective at communicating and collaborating with internal teams via Zoom, email, phone, and face-to-face interactions to build trust and confidence. Engaging in active listening, taking ownership, and work with dignity and respect.

  • Question requests that appear to conflict with processes or company business rules.

  • Interpret requests to ensure clear understanding of expected outcomes and communicate with internal teams as needed to gain clarifications.

  • Provide clear updates regarding status, delays, and completion of requests to ensure a positive client experience.

  • Pay attention to detail to deliver accurate and high-quality outputs with 100% pricing accuracy.

  • Configure, build and maintain changes to templated programs using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop and other internal systems.

  • Format images of signatures, logos, and photos sent in from the client for the print and web brochures.

  • Some Illustration of emblems, rings, and personalized awards for use in brochures and web sites may be required.

  • Audit all changes on existing programs.

  • Proofread copy for spelling and grammar and correct as necessary.

  • Communicate with the assigned project team members to understand and execute on scope and schedule for each project.
