Job Description

CRM continues to be a key growth area for Razorfish. To support this growth, our CRM team is evolving how we work-identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and the value we deliver to our clients.

We are seeking a candidate with deep Adobe Workfront administration expertise and strong process improvement capabilities to support our Program Management (PM) team and CRM delivery. This role will serve as a Workfront Administrator and process leader, responsible for configuring the platform, enabling new features, and continuously improving workflows that support client delivery and internal operations.

ResponsibilitiesWorkfront Administration & Platform Enablement
  • Serve as a Workfront Administrator supporting the CRM and Program Management teams
  • Configure and maintain Workfront to support evolving business and client needs, including request queues, custom forms, workflows, templates, and dashboards
  • Lead the setup and rollout of new Workfront features, ensuring thoughtful configuration and successful adoption
  • Manage user access, permissions, roles, and governance best practices within Workfront
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to support Workfront integrations with third-party tools
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and act as a point of escalation for Workfront-related questions and enhancements
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze and document current workflow and delivery processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization 
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies that increase efficiency, consistency, and transparency
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs
  • Ensure processes are effectively enabled within Workfront configurations and workflows
Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Train and support PMs and delivery teams on Workfront usage, new features, and updated processes
  • Drive adoption through enablement sessions, office hours, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure process and platform improvements align with business objectives
  • Communicate platform and process updates clearly to stakeholders, including leadership and delivery teams
Measurement & Ongoing Optimization
  • Monitor process performance and platform effectiveness, recommending data-driven improvements
  • Continuously evaluate how Workfront can better support CRM delivery, scaling, and reporting needs
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience managing medium-sized to complex projects
  • Hands-on experience as an Adobe Workfront Administrator, including configuration and feature enablement
  • Experience supporting Program Management teams through workflow and tool optimization
  • Familiarity with Workfront integrations and third-party planning or delivery tools
  • Proficiency with 2-3 planning or project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Excel, Smartsheets)
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and present to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable operating at the intersection of technology and delivery

 Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $121,100.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
