Job description

ABOUT US

We're an affiliate marketing team running paid social campaigns at scale across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, CTV, and emerging channels. We generate leads and sales across insurance, financial services, home services, and e-commerce, and we produce all creative in-house. Our ads spend real money every day, and the creative is what drives performance.

MAIN OBJECTIVE

Write, iterate, and scale ad creatives that turn cold traffic into profitable customers.

ABOUT THE JOB

This is a direct-response role. Every script you write is backed by real ad spend, and within days, the data tells you whether it worked.

Most Creative Strategist roles focus on brainstorming new concepts. This one is centered on something harder and often more valuable: taking winning ads and systematically scaling their performance. You'll analyze what's working, identify opportunities, and iterate relentlessly until every possible ounce of performance is captured. New concepts matter, but iteration is the engine that drives growth.

For the right person, the upside is significant. Prove you can consistently deliver results, and you'll have the opportunity to own the creative strategy for an entire offer and eventually an entire vertical.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Copywriting & Creative Development

  • Write ad scripts built on direct-response fundamentals: hooks, angles, and unique mechanisms that break through cold traffic. Your words have one job: convert profitably.

  • Develop new concepts with a real hypothesis behind them. Not just "let's try a talking head," but a specific belief about a specific customer at a specific moment.

  • Write briefs through Notion that tell editors exactly what to make and why.

  • Focus will be on various ad types such as; UGC, Story Ads, Native Ads, Static Ads and more.

Iteration & Scaling

  • Take proven winners and multiply them: new hooks, new geographical locations, Spanish versions, vertical pivots, format swaps. Manage the iteration pipeline through Notion from brief to launch.

  • Maintain a constant pipeline of fresh variations to prevent ad fatigue and sustain conversions.

Performance Analysis

  • Read the dashboards daily and know what the numbers are telling you.

  • Turn break-even ads into winners by isolating what's holding them back and testing the fix.

  • Own performance, not output. Your ads are judged by what they convert, not how many you created.

AI-Powered Production

  • Use AI as your daily production engine: Tools like Claude for research, writing, and workflow automation; AI video and image models like Higgsfield for asset generation. We'll teach you our system, you bring the instincts.

  • Build automations. If you do something three times, you systematize it into a workflow the whole team uses.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You're passionate with direct response, especially hooks. You understand psychological triggers, awareness stages, and what makes an opening line stop the scroll. You can watch the first three seconds of an ad and tell us exactly why the hook worked, or didn't.

  • You've made a winning ad and you can prove it. You can point to a specific ad, explain the hypothesis behind it, and walk through the results. You know why it worked.

  • The data tells you what to do next. Put a dashboard in front of you and you know whether an ad is scaling, fatiguing, or dead, and what move comes next. You let metrics drive your creative decisions, not your ego.

  • You're already using AI intentionally. Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, etc: you use them in your current process and can walk us through exactly how. You're not waiting for someone else to figure it out.

  • You're high-agency. When something's unclear, you make a call, do the thing, and flag what you decided. You don't wait to be told what to do.

  • You're systems-minded. You turn processes into templates, and templates into things the whole team runs without thinking. You build for scalability, not just your own efficiency.

YOU'LL ENJOY THIS ROLE IF

  • You are passionate about how creativity drives performance and love using data to guide decisions.

  • You want both the ideas and the system.

  • You're energized by constant iteration, testing, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

  • You want your work to be tied directly to real data, including revenue.

WHY JOIN US

  • Your work directly drives revenue.

  • Small, fast-moving team: go from idea to live ad in days, not weeks.

  • One of the most AI-forward creative operations you'll find. Help build the future of this workflow, not just use it.

  • Real growth path: prove yourself and own a vertical.
