Senior Creative Producer, Flow Studio@ Autodesk

We are building an integrated marketing and creative team designed for how modern products grow-combining high standards, thoughtful experimentation, and a strong focus on impact. We work as One Autodesk, partnering across functions to create clear, engaging experiences that help customers understand and adopt what is next. If you are energized by creative technology, collaborative problem-solving, and the opportunity to shape how a product shows up in the world, we would love to hear from you.

Autodesk builds the tools behind the world around us. From the buildings we live in to the products we use, our customers design and make what's next, and we power that work with the optimism, ingenuity, and trust that define our One Orbit values.

We're evolving into a Design and Make platform, connecting the full lifecycle from idea to reality. This shift from standalone tools to a more connected, intelligent system reflects how we work at Autodesk: as One Autodesk, bringing teams together to solve big challenges with bold thinking and shared purpose.

Within Autodesk, Flow Studio is building a new category at the intersection of AI, creativity, and storytelling-an opportunity for someone who is brave in exploring new possibilities, relentless in execution, and committed to meaningful creative impact.

Flow Studio needs a senior producer who can turn creative ambition into work that consistently delivers at scale while building trust across teams and creating the conditions for great ideas to thrive.

You ensure ideas hold their integrity from concept through execution, balancing clarity, speed, and craft with a relentless focus on outcomes and a brave willingness to try new approaches.

You build the systems and bring the structure that enable a high-performing team to move fast, collaborate as One Autodesk, and do their best work with trust, accountability, and ingenuity.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production across campaigns, product marketing, and social, ensuring high-quality work delivered on time and on brief

  • Translate briefs into clear production plans with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables, while managing multiple workstreams and aligning stakeholders throughout

  • Partner across Creative, Product Marketing, and technical teams to prioritize high-impact work, protect creative time, and prevent unnecessary scope creep

  • Evaluate and apply AI, automation, and Flow Studio tools to improve speed, scalability, and quality in production workflows

  • Guide production approaches across live action, product capture, and VFX, making informed decisions that balance speed, quality, authenticity, and business needs

  • Anticipate risks early, solve problems proactively, and build repeatable systems and workflows that scale with the team

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in creative production across content, campaigns, or product marketing, with a track record of delivering high-quality work at scale

  • Experience with or strong interest in Flow Studio tools, VFX workflows, and AI-driven creative production, including applying emerging tools in real production environments

  • Experience managing work across film, social, and digital formats, with knowledge of live action, product capture, and VFX production approaches

  • Ability to translate creative ideas into clear, executable production plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to build trust, align teams, anticipate challenges, and drive work through completion

  • Sound judgment to balance speed, scope, and quality in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Production runs smoothly, with clear priorities, predictable delivery, and minimal friction

  • Stakeholders stay aligned and confident in what is being delivered and when

  • Creative output remains cohesive and high quality across formats, even as volume and complexity grow
