Our client is seeking a Senior Producer to lead and oversee internal and external corporate video initiatives. In this role, you will act as the creative and logistical anchor from end to end, partnering with corporate stakeholders, guiding storyboards and talk tracks, leading on-set videographers, and directing post-production editors to deliver polished, high-impact content. This position requires a mix of creative vision, corporate professionalism, and sharp attention to detail, particularly in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Estimated Frequency/Cadence: At least 1 LA-based shoot per month (video interview of CEO for example), US-based travel required for some shoots
• First Project Date: The week of August 24th.

• Location: Primary location in Diamond Bar, CA / Greater Los Angeles.
• Immediate Project: Full-day shoot in Stockton, CA on week of August 24 (Travel expenses paid).
• Ongoing Project Based Engagement: At least 1 LA-based shoot per month, US-based travel required for some shoots.
• Compensation: $75-85/hr (dependent on experience and capabilities)
Core Responsibilities
• Pre-Production & Strategy: Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to concept, storyboard, and draft talk tracks tailored to corporate messaging.
• On-Set Leadership: Oversee videographers and team on location; maintain a high level of attention to detail to catch visual and audio issues in real time.
• Proactive Content & Edit Planning: Anticipate post-production needs during pre-production and on set-ensuring complete story coverage, building contingencies for unexpected schedule shifts, and actively course-correcting on set to secure ample footage for the edit team.
• Post-Production Management: Guide and manage video editors through post-production to ensure final deliverables align with corporate standards and narrative goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, prompt communication across Outlook/email and Teams with executives, internal communications, and plant staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience: 5+ years as a Senior Producer with deep corporate experience. Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is strongly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptionally responsive, and comfortable facilitating shoots with senior leaders and corporate executives (e.g., C-suite/CEO videos), creating a professional and confident on-camera experience
• Attributes: High curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail on set. Ability to navigate nuances, be a self-starter, and be a systems thinker.
• Anticipatory Mindset: Strong editorial skills and foresight to identify narrative gaps or footage shortfalls in real time, making quick calls on set so post-production is never left with gaps in coverage.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed (US-based).
