Job description

LevLane is looking for an Account Manager to join the Senior Living team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our account leaders to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns. You will be actively involved with servicing client relationships and their overall satisfaction, responsible for managing client communications, assisting with project management, and facilitating the overall success of advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication & Coordination:
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and effectively.

2. Strategy Support:
  • Work closely with account lead and clients to gather and document project requirements, creative briefs, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, media, and production teams to coordinate the development, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct market research as needed to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Use analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to help communicate results and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing.

3. Campaign Execution:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and providing regular updates to clients.
  • Monitor project timelines, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure all campaign materials and deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to creative and other specialist teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in an advertising agency or similar role, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Proficiency in advertising and marketing strategies, including digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong natural problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
