Job Description:
Forest Lake Area Schools is hiring a Creative Design Careers Teacher in grades 9-12 to prepare students for success in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, and related creative industries. The successful candidate will provide engaging, hands-on instruction that integrates industry-standard design practices, creative problem-solving, technical skills, and career readiness. This position emphasizes project-based learning, workforce development, and student portfolio creation aligned with industry and state CTE standards. (Function Code: 300000 or 300400)
Qualifications:
Required MN Licensure in K-12 Art and CTE endorsement in Creative Design Careers or Communication Technology Career.
