Work Schedule
40 hours a week Monday - Friday for approximately 12 weeks.
What You'll Do
Cross-Functional Production & Project Support
  • Support the rollout of content launches, shows, brand initiatives, and tentpole moments across platforms.
  • Assist in building and maintaining project timelines across Editorial, Brand Partnerships, Design, Product, and Commerce teams.
  • Help track priorities and flag potential timeline shifts or resource conflicts to the Creative Operations team.
  • Help maintain visibility into upcoming launches and support sequencing conversations (what happens when based on priorities, dependencies, and resources) led by Creative Operations leadership.
  • Prepare clear status updates that help teams understand what's launching and what's coming next.
  • Assist in creating internal communications that keep cross-functional teams informed about content moments and key milestones.
Workflow & Creative Operations Support
  • Partner with Content Leads to support evolving workflows across content production.
  • Maintain Airtable boards and project management tools to ensure projects stay organized and up to date.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and share observations with the Creative Operations team.
  • Support initiatives that make production processes clearer, more efficient, and easier to navigate.
Who You Are
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media, content production, editorial workflows, or integrated marketing environments
  • Strong interest in creative operations, production workflows, and culture-driven content
  • Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced creative environments and eager to grow within integrated production
$60 - $65 an hour
