Job description

Create Wellness is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to help run the operational backbone of our creative team.

This role sits at the center of our creative workflow—managing incoming requests, organizing project pipelines, and ensuring work is efficiently distributed across the design and video teams.

You will partner closely with the Studio Director to keep projects moving smoothly, maintain visibility across creative workstreams, and improve internal processes as the team grows.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the central intake point for creative requests across marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Translate requests into clear creative briefs and project plans for creative partners
  • Assign and coordinate work across designers, video editors, and creative contributors
  • Track project timelines and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
  • Manage the creative pipeline and prioritize work based on team capacity
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status
  • Help improve internal creative workflows, systems, and processes
  • Support the Studio Director in managing day-to-day creative operations

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years experience in creative operations, creative project management, or production
  • Experience managing projects across design, video, and marketing teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or brand environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with consumer brands, production companies, wellness companies, or CPG
  • Background in agency production or in-house creative teams preferred
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows across design, video, and content
