As a key contributor, you will partner closely with Art Directors, Sales, Marketing, Product, and various cross-functional teams to develop forward-thinking marketing narratives, creative frameworks, and campaign strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative, forward-thinking marketing and creative solutions for advertisers through strategic creative thought partnership.
  • Create omnichannel creative strategies that align advertiser objectives with business goals, consumer insights, and the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Partner with Art Directors to develop compelling creative concepts, frameworks, presentations, and storytelling narratives.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with cross-functional teams, including product, strategy, marketing, sales, and retail merchandising, to develop actionable media and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute business strategies for priority brands, ensuring alignment between marketing objectives, customer needs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate data, market trends, and consumer insights into clear creative strategies and recommendations.
  • Curate, author, and present persuasive creative narratives across internal teams, advertisers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Build customer-facing communications, presentations, and strategic reports that clearly articulate creative opportunities and business impact.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to define success metrics, evaluate performance, forecast resource needs, and measure campaign impact.
  • Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Establish strong connections between advertiser initiatives and the broader marketing strategies to ensure consistency across customer messaging.
  • Navigate ambiguity by identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and adapting strategies as priorities evolve.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of marketing, creative strategy, advertising, or digital media experience.
  • Proven experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies and customer-facing communications.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, social platforms, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize innovative creative solutions and translate ideas into business strategies.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, operations, and creative teams.
