Headquartered in La Vergne, Tennessee, Coats serves repair shops, tire dealers, car dealerships, and commercial fleets across North America.Role OverviewCoats is looking for a Senior Videographer / Content Producer to support our growing marketing team through high-quality video production for brand, product, social, and event content.
This role is focused primarily on video production and content capture — including planning shoots, operating equipment, and capturing engaging content for campaigns and social platforms. Editing experience is a plus, but not required, as this role will collaborate closely with remote editors and internal creative partners.

  • Plan and execute video shoots for products, events, brand storytelling, and social media.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for in-house and on-location productions.

  • Assist with creative shot planning and content execution alongside marketing leadership.
Production Coordination
  • Prepare and maintain production equipment and shoot kits.
  • Organize footage and upload assets for remote editors.

  • Coordinate with remote editors to ensure smooth post-production handoff.
Content Support
  • Assist with content planning and brainstorming.
  • Support campaign launches, events, trade shows, and behind-the-scenes coverage.
  • Capture both polished marketing content and fast-turn social content.
Required Skills & CompetenciesVideography & Production Experience
  • 3–5+ years of videography or video production experience.
  • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio.
  • Experience in corporate videography / agency work.
  • Automotive, motorsports, or manufacturing portfolio work a plus.
Technical & Organizational Skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong file management habits.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
