Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Creative Operations
  • Lead end-to-end project management for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, digital initiatives, and creative productions.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across digital, social, customer relationship management, e-commerce, retail, print, packaging, and video.
  • Monitor project health, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions before issues impact delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional approvals, ensuring projects move efficiently through creative, legal, regulatory, and marketing review processes.
  • Maintain project management systems, ensuring project data, timelines, milestones, and resources remain accurate and up to date.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with creative, brand marketing, digital, e-commerce, social, product development, medical, and global teams to successfully execute integrated campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, creative teams, external agencies, and production partners.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build strong relationships across teams while aligning priorities and managing competing business needs.

Creative Briefing & Workflow Management
  • Lead the development and/or facilitation of creative briefs by partnering with marketing stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, target audiences, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Standardize briefing processes and templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Translate business needs into actionable creative projects, ensuring teams have the information needed for successful execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve creative workflows, documentation, and operational processes.

Asset & Content Management
  • Coordinate creative deliverables across campaigns, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage asset organization, metadata, file naming conventions, and uploads within digital asset management systems.
  • Maintain creative documentation, templates, standard operating procedures, and shared resources to support team collaboration.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet brand, technical, and regulatory standards.

Reporting & Operational Excellence
  • Track project status, team capacity, resource utilization, and key operational metrics.
  • Support forecasting for creative production and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-ready reporting, presentations, meeting agendas, and project updates.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing changing priorities.
  • Experience working with creative teams, designers, copywriters, producers, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Advanced experience with leading project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or Smartsheet.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows across digital, print, video, and social media.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience supporting cross-functional creative teams in beauty, luxury, fashion, retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
