Department: Operations

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 / year

Position Summary

Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US and the maker of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, and Café Tango! We are seeking a data-driven, confident, and creative manager to oversee our nationwide network of third-party service providers responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining our machines. This is a new, individual-contributor role that involves building relationships, managing performance, and reporting on provider activity, with mentorship from senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain relationships with nationwide service providers, including sourcing, onboarding, training, and remediation or replacement.
  2. Manage provider performance against SLA’s, including job completion, accuracy, and cost.
  3. Partner with internal teams such as Customer Service, Logistics, and Customer Success to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Oversee provider account prioritization and manage aging service requests.
  5. Use provider relationships to resolve high-profile issues and balance cost with customer experience.
  6. Coordinate regional efforts to prevent escalations and report on provider performance to senior leadership.
  7. Maintain CRM and provider data systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
  • 3+ years in operations vendor or partner management, preferably in the trade industry.
  • Experience developing and executing KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
