They lead creative projects from concept to completion, manage creative teams, and ensure that visual, written, and multimedia content aligns with brand strategy and goals. Creative Managers collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to deliver effective and innovative campaigns. Campaign Development and Execution
  • Lead the creation and execution of campaigns across email, social media, website, and in-store experiences
  • Ensure all content reflects the Shabby Fabrics brand with consistency and quality
Project and Calendar Management
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar in partnership with the Senior Project Manager
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and execution to ensure projects stay on track

  • Stay current on industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen market position
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams to bring marketing initiatives to life
  • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team environment
Customer Engagement
  • Develop strategies that deepen customer relationships and build long-term loyalty
  • Ensure all customer-facing communication is engaging and aligned with brand voice
Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in a marketing leadership role; experience in quilting, fabric, or a creative industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, email strategy, and content development
  • Proven ability to generate and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to develop fresh ideas
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Benefits

  • 401(k) with company match (eligible after one year of employment, with enrollment periods based on plan requirements)
  • Paid time off
  • Employee discount on Shabby Fabrics products
