En plus de nos dernieres embauches, nous sommes encore a la recherche d'un(e) Specialiste en acquisition de talents pour soutenir nos mandats avec rigueur, jugement et engagement pour integrer l'equipe de Montreal Centre-Ville (creation de poste).
Tu joueras un role-conseil essentiel aupres de nos clients, en les accompagnant dans l'identification, la selection et l'attraction des meilleurs profils pour leur organisation.
Sous la supervision de ton Team-Lead, tu contribueras concretement a la qualite de nos livrables, a l'experience des candidat(e)s et a la satisfaction de nos partenaires d'affaires.

Les taches relatives au poste incluent, sans s'y limiter :
- Gestion des mandats : Assurer la gestion des mandats de recrutement selon l'offre de service et les delais convenus;
- Planification et communication : Elaborer un plan de travail avec la methodologie Go RH et tenir les clients informes de l'avancement du projet;
- Accompagnement des clients : Offrir un soutien continu en matiere de meilleures pratiques en recrutement;
- Recrutement actif : Realiser le sourcing, les approches directes, la prequalification, et presenter les candidats les plus adaptes;
- Recrutement passif : Gerer l'affichage des postes, les medias sociaux et le marketing RH pour attirer les talents passifs;
- Gestion des talents : Developper et maintenir des bassins de candidats dans notre ATS (Lever) et entretenir un reseau avec les meilleurs talents;
- Strategies d'acquisition : Concevoir des strategies creatives a court, moyen et long terme pour l'acquisition de talents;
- Suivi et analyse : Participer aux projets RH, signaler les ecarts de facturation et proposer des solutions appropriees;
- Interventions de qualite : Fournir des interventions client de qualite avec des retours constructifs et respecter les criteres des mandats;
- Taches administratives : Gerer les taches administratives telles que la feuille de temps, le suivi, la communication interne, et participer a des projets speciaux internes si necessaire;
- Participer aux reunions d'equipe et collaborer avec vos collegues pour optimiser les processus internes;
- Analyser et respecter les offres de service relatives aux mandats confies;
- Accomplir diverses taches administratives liees au poste, telles que la gestion des feuilles de temps et la communication interne;
- Contribuer aux projets speciaux internes (formation, co-developpement, recherche, etc.).
Ce qu'il faut pour briller :
- 2 a 5 ans d'experience en firme ou en agence de recrutement, avec une expertise en sourcing technique et accompagnement complet du processus de dotation.
- A l'aise avec les approches directes (telephone, courriels, reseaux sociaux) et la negociation salariale (fixe et variable).
- Capable de bien accompagner les gestionnaires et DRH pendant les entrevues, aussi bien sur le plan technique que pour les soft skills.
- Experience en service-conseil ou service a la clientele, avec une passion pour trouver des solutions creatives aux defis des clients.
- Excellente communication (Francais natif, Anglais technique a minima), claire et adaptee a chaque interlocuteur
- Posseder une voiture et un permis de conduire valide;
- Etre disponible pour te deplacer chez nos clients au besoin;
- Adaptabilite : Toujours pret(e) a s'ajuster aux changements et a naviguer les dynamiques d'equipe avec aisance.
- Organisation : Super sens de l'organisation pour jongler avec les priorites tout en atteignant les objectifs.
- Autonomie : Prise d'initiative et capacite a trouver des solutions de maniere proactive.
