FRONT END DEVELOPER
LOCATION: Springfield VA, Vienna, VA St. Louis, MO, potentially other locations. ALL work will be onsite.
Clearance: MUST possess active Top Secret clearance
INCATech is URGENTLY searching for a Front End Developer. In this position, you will develop visualization software to understand data where proximity and location matter. Your work will help developer communities re-imagine the capabilities of location-aware software applications that enable real-world improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop and maintain back-end services and APIs
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
  • Maintain production systems and resolve issues as required
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience
  • 2+ years of experience with web design and web front end development
  • Proven web design/development experience using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end development libraries, such as React, Angular, Vue, etc.
  • Background building high availability and high scalability solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and proven good judgment
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field
Preferred
  • Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or Stem related field
  • Esri certification
  • CompTIA Security + certification
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
  • Exposure to DevSecOps practices and secure development pipelines
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
