Hilton Mystic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety while fostering a creative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative menus that reflect Hilton Mystic’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage culinary staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Control food costs, labor costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining high standards.
  • Collaborate with management on budget planning, inventory control, and vendor relationship management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team to consistently deliver excellent service and food quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Culinary Professional in a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
