JOB SUMMARY:

Weโ€™re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO and help keep our leadership and operations running smoothly. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, with an interest in policy, advocacy, and digital culture.

ABOUT URBAN LEGEND:

Urban Legend is a fast-paced technology startup with two goals: 1) making advocacy and brand marketing dramatically more accountable, and 2) empowering online creators to advocate for causes they believe in.

We accomplish these goals using our proprietary technology platform, the Urban Legend Exchange.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Leadership and assist the broader leadership team as needed.
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating with internal teams, creators, and clients.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread professional communications, presentations, and briefing materials with attention to detail and alignment with our mission.
  • Organize and coordinate travel and event logistics for executives, clients, and campaign initiatives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders โ€” maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the preparation of client and campaign reports, decks, and talking points, often under tight deadlines.
  • Assist with planning and execution of internal and external meetings, workshops, and events that may include creators, advocacy groups, and policymakers.
  • Process expense reports and manage budgets for the executive office.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and identify ways to improve administrative processes and team efficiency.
