Creative Director Opportunity

Location: Charlotte, NC (Open to remote for the right candidate)

We're partnering with an innovative, rapidly growing consumer products company looking for a Creative Director to build and lead an internal Brand Studio that will shape the creative vision across a growing portfolio of food, beverage, and lifestyle brands. This is more than a traditional Creative Director role. It's an opportunity to build the function from the ground up, work directly with the Founder, and create the systems, team, and creative standards that will define the future of multiple consumer brands.

What You'll Do

  • Lead creative strategy and execution across a portfolio of rapidly growing consumer brands.
  • Own brand identity, packaging, photography, video, websites, social creative, retail assets, and digital campaigns.
  • Build and lead an in-house creative organization, hiring designers, photographers, content creators, and additional creative talent as the business scales.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, product development, marketing, operations, and sales to bring new brands to market at an accelerated pace.
  • Establish scalable creative processes while maintaining the speed and entrepreneurial mindset of a high-growth organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading creative for consumer brands (CPG experience required; food, beverage, wellness, or lifestyle preferred).
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional brand-building across packaging, digital, social, and campaign creative.
  • Experience working across multiple brands and balancing both strategic direction and hands-on execution.
  • A builder's mentality, you enjoy creating organizations, not just maintaining them.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where ideas move quickly from concept to market.
