  • EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING
    • Lead the end-to-end execution of experiential events and brand activations, managing the relationship with external agencies to guide them from conceptualization and design through to final on-site build and execution
    • Serve as the central hub for event initiatives, partnering closely with internal brand managers and creative teams to align activation goals, ensure cohesive brand storytelling and maintain rigorous creative standards
    • Architect a holistic influencer integration plan for all activations, identifying and securing the right talent to host, attend and amplify event content to drive organic social buzz and high-impact earned media
    • Drive event attendance and engagement by executing multi-channel promotional strategies; partner with Lifecycle and Social teams to leverage app, email, and social platforms, while creatively utilizing eventing platforms and influencer-led content to maximize reach
    • Manage influencer & consumer experiences, including acting as on-site liaison and point-of-contact for key stakeholders and executives
    • Define activation KPIs in collaboration with internal stakeholders, leveraging data and post-event insights to continuously refine future strategy and maximize ROI
