Responsibilities: 

  • The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home. 

  • You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan.

  • You will track  inquiries and prospective residents utilizing our CRM technology platform.

  • Your goal is to achieve targeted occupancy goals. 

  • Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community. 

  • Work together with the team to execute events that  draw prospects to the community.

Qualifications: 

  • Positive and Optimistic Attitude. 

  • A passion for serving seniors and their families. 

  • Understanding of the needs of seniors and solutions available to them through Assisted Living and the general community resources. 

  • Results and Goal Driven

  • Previous experience in marketing & sales

  • A degree in marketing is a plus.
