YOUR ROLE:
RAPP is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy who will lead and inspire the development of bold, compelling, and strategic copy solutions. As a leader in the copy team, you'll oversee the creation of written content across campaigns, mentor copywriters, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work. You'll play a key role in shaping the voice of brands, ensuring their stories resonate with the target audience and align with their overall strategic goals.

Leadership: Proven experience mentoring and managing creative teams, fostering a collaborative working environment.

OUR HYBRID WORK MODEL:
