Creative Environments is seeking a visionary executive leader to scale and lead our national sales organization as we continue expanding into new markets and redefining luxury outdoor living.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth leadership role.


We are looking for a high-level operator who can build systems, develop leaders, create accountability, and drive revenue performance across multiple markets while protecting the customer experience and company culture that built our reputation.


The Vice President of National Accounts will work directly with Executive Leadership to drive strategic expansion, strengthen operational alignment, and build a scalable sales infrastructure capable of supporting national growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

National Sales Leadership & Growth

  • Lead and scale a multi-market sales organization
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with revenue goals
  • Build scalable systems, reporting structures, forecasting models, and operational processes
  • Drive accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and performance management
  • Partner with executive leadership on market expansion strategy and organizational growth

Leadership Development

  • Mentor and develop Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and future leaders
  • Create leadership succession plans and long-term organizational structure
  • Develop national onboarding, coaching, and leadership training programs
  • Foster a culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, ownership, and teamwork

Sales Process & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution
  • Standardize CRM utilization, forecasting accuracy, reporting cadence, and communication standards
  • Improve proposal capture rates, operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience
  • Ensure alignment between Sales, Design, Construction, Operations, and Executive Leadership

Training & Performance Accountability

  • Develop company-wide sales training initiatives focused on:
    • Customer experience
    • Consultative sales
    • Leadership development
    • CRM accountability
    • Communication standards
    • Financial awareness and margin protection
  • Lead weekly leadership meetings, forecast reviews, and accountability sessions
  • Create measurable performance scorecards and growth roadmaps


Market Expansion & Brand Leadership

  • Support expansion into new territories and future markets
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and regional opportunities
  • Serve as a national ambassador for the Creative Environments brand
  • Build strategic partnerships that support long-term growth initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • Executive-level leadership experience in sales, operations, or organizational growth
  • Proven success leading high-performing multi-location or regional sales teams
  • Strong experience building scalable systems, processes, and accountability structures
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational development skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
  • Experience in luxury service, construction, design-build, home services, or high-end client environments preferred
  • CRM, forecasting, KPI management, and operational reporting experience required
  • Growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization
