Job Title – Manager, Integrated Marketing

General Responsibilities:

The Manager, Integrated Marketing will play a key role in shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate the Evenflo brand and drive growth across core product categories. This role supports the development of consumer-centric, omni-channel marketing plans that bring brand platforms, product innovations, and go-to-market initiatives to life across paid, earned, owned, and retail channels.

Working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, PR, Social, Influencer, Retail, and Sales teams, this individual will both lead and support the translation of business objectives and consumer insights into compelling marketing strategies that build brand relevance, accelerate product adoption, and deliver measurable results. In some cases, they will independently own campaigns or workstreams end-to-end, while in others they will contribute as a key partner within broader integrated initiatives, bringing strong strategic thinking, executional discipline, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to flex seamlessly between leading initiatives and supporting team efforts. They bring strong marketing instincts, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to move between big-picture planning and detailed execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Examples of Typical Activities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting both brand objectives and key product launches across multiple consumer touchpoints
  • Lead and/or support go-to-market planning for new products, including positioning, messaging, campaign strategy, channel activation, and launch measurement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing strategies and campaign inputs
  • Contribute to the development of campaign briefs and strategic frameworks that guide creative development and ensure alignment with brand positioning
  • Manage or support select integrated campaigns or workstreams from planning through execution, depending on scope
  • Coordinate across internal teams and agency partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives against timelines and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand relevance through culturally relevant storytelling and experiences
  • Collaborate with retail partners on shopper marketing programs that support acquisition and sales growth
  • Support performance tracking by helping define KPIs, gathering insights, and contributing to optimization recommendations
  • Support and/or lead influencer marketing and UGC content programs, including creator partnerships, content briefing, and integration of social-first storytelling into broader campaign initiatives
  • Stay current on consumer behaviors, category trends, and emerging marketing channels to identify opportunities for innovation

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or product marketing within a consumer-facing organization. Demonstrated experience writing creative briefs, supporting and/or leading marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives across multiple channels is required.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with brand, product, creative, and commercial teams at a global brand is strongly preferred.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and how brand, product, retail, and digital channels work together to drive business outcomes
  • Ability to flex between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with comfort both leading workstreams and supporting broader team initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, creative, media, PR, social, influencer, and retail teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear briefs and marketing plans
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance and consumer insights to inform optimization and decision-making
  • Strong consumer-first mindset with ability to translate cultural trends into marketing opportunities
  • High attention to detail while maintaining a strong sense of big-picture strategy
  • Hands-on, collaborative operator with a strong bias for ownership across both strategy and execution
