Location: Hampton, New Hampshire OR Boston, Massachusetts

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 / Annually

Summary:

The Senior Manager, Performance Creative & Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, will be responsible for leading the development and evolution of personalized creative strategies and dynamic creative optimization initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, data, and copywritingโ€”bringing automation at scale to how the brand engages audiences across channels with personalized, dynamic, and conversion-focused content. The ideal candidate will manage the planning, production, testing, logic, launch, and optimization of creative assets that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative strategy and development across digital paid media and website landing pages, ensuring creative assets are data-informed, brand-aligned, and optimized to achieve key business objectives.
  • Develop and manage Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) programs, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to launch, test, and refine personalized creative variations at scale.
  • Leverage audience insights, brand messaging, and performance data to guide creative development, ensuring content resonates across target segments and delivers measurable results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Media, CRM, Analytics, and Technology teams to develop creative solutions tailored to specific audiences and business goals.
  • Oversee copywriting and creative concepts to align with media targeting, channel requirements, and customer journeys while maintaining consistent brand standards and voice.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities, staying current on emerging digital trends, creative technologies, and personalization capabilities.
  • Ensure creative strategies are integrated with media plans, data sources, and technology platforms to enable dynamic content delivery.
  • Establish and manage a creative testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing, to continuously improve engagement and performance.
  • Own creative performance reporting and communicate insights, recommendations, and results to senior leadership.
  • Manage key program documentation, including briefs, project plans, status updates, and budget tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in creative automation, performance marketing, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience building and managing Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) programs utilizing platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Innovid/Flashtalking, Clinch, Smartly, Meta, The Trade Desk, or similar technologies.
  • Deep understanding of creative data feeds, dynamic templates, audience segmentation, and personalized content delivery.
  • Ability to translate complex performance data into actionable creative strategies and direction.
  • Strong understanding of dynamic advertising platforms, data integrations, and production workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance performance metrics and creative storytelling.
  • Passion for testing, learning, and optimization with a continuous improvement mindset.
