We're looking for a multimedia creative who understands where content creation is headed. Experience working with AI-assisted video production, creative automation tools, and next-generation content workflows is highly valued as this team continues to push the boundaries of in-house video and digital storytelling. The Videographer & Creative Storyteller plays a key role in communicating our vision and message through compelling video and photo content. You'll capture, edit, and produce media for services, events, websites, and external platforms that connects with diverse audiences and advances our mission.

Purpose of the Job

Responsible for end-to-end video production: concepting, capturing, editing, and delivering finished products ready for broadcast. Work includes services, events, marketing campaigns, documentaries, and promotional content. You'll collaborate across departments to translate ideas into visual stories that inspire, inform, and engage.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Creative Development: Collaborate with communications and creative teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and develop video projects. Translate project goals into clear storylines, concepts, and visual treatments for target audiences

Production: Capture high-quality video and photo content using professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment. Manage all aspects of pre-production including scripting, location scouting, and scheduling

Post-Production: Edit and assemble raw footage, dialogue, graphics, music, and sound design into polished final products. Ensure correct formatting for broadcast, web, and social platforms

Technical Execution: Operate editing systems including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and full Adobe Creative Suite. Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and color correction to elevate storytelling

Equipment & Quality: Operate lighting and sound equipment to ensure professional-grade quality. Maintain, troubleshoot, and manage all video equipment to keep it in optimal condition

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Meet deadlines and deliver on time while exceeding creative and technical expectations

Industry Awareness: Stay current with trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production, animation, and 3D rendering

Other Duties

Assist with developing material for events and marketing campaigns

All other duties as assigned

Requires work outside normal business hours, extended hours for events, and occasional travel

Ongoing professional development expected

Experience & Knowledge Required

Bachelor's degree in Film, Cinematography, Broadcasting, or related field

5-7+ years proven experience as a professional videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and technical expertise

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite

Extensive knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment

Strong understanding of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling principles

Ability to create concept boards and visual representations of planned edits

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively within cross-functional teams

Experience with AI tools- Runway ML, Synthesia, Descript, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly for video and content production

Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D rendering

Background in live event production or multi-cam environments
