Who we are looking for:

MOJO is looking for a curious, passionate, and well-rounded digital-first Creative Director to join our growing team. We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in digital design and brand development. Working collaboratively is your normal operating mode as you’ll find yourself working very closely with other designers, communications and marketing, technology, project managers, and business folks. You are also very comfortable working directly with and presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders. You’re someone who can zoom out to connect the dots, zoom in to fine tune the details, and are looking for a fun, low-ego, and challenging environment. Your responsibilities:
  • Drive brand style and messaging both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director and account team to deliver on projects objective and strategy to develop creative concepts and executions
  • Lead the creative process from brief to production. Help clarify creative goals, direct promotional photo and video shoots, oversee production assets and workflow. Prioritize all projects to ensure on-time delivery
  • Lead and collaborate with a larger project team to execute on design research, brainstorming, sketching, detailed design, presentation, and documentation
  • Build an environment in which people are inspired to achieve creative excellence and take risks
  • Articulate ideas and rationale, written and verbal, to internal team members and clients
  • Innovate on process, methods, and workflow and push for the best way of working
Your skills and experience:
  • Strong comprehension of a digital first-design principles
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and growing a creative team
  • A proven methodology or process to your work
  • Capable of succeeding independently or alongside a team
  • 8+ years of creative design experience, demonstrating strong creative and art direction skills across disciplines
  • Strong verbal skills with an eye for creating engaging presentations
  • Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, reconcile competing interests, and streamline workflow
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Openness to critique, collaboration, and co-authorship
