As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Customer Strategy & Design team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, translating findings into business insights, and helping clients use information to make informed decisions. * Analyze datasets, dashboards, and key performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities.
* Translate data findings into clear business insights, strategic recommendations, and reporting outputs for client and leadership audiences.
* Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define business questions, success metrics, reporting needs, and opportunities to improve measurement approaches.
* Identify gaps in current data and recommend additional sources, inputs, or enhancements that could improve analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
* Communicate findings through presentations, reports, and discussions tailored to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
