Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Design Associate, you'll be responsible for meeting with residential clients to gain information on their kitchen remodeling project, generating estimates, and making the sale and your client's project vision come true.
  • Responsible for initial sales meetings with clients, taking accurate field measurements and sending estimates in efforts to close sales.
  • Follow up and build relationships with leads and clients.
  • Send invoices, change orders and contracts; ensuring they are accurate and correct at all times.
  • Meet with clients in our design center to review all design details and make product recommendations and selections.
  • Complete descriptive and accurate job sheets and renderings that capture measurements and all details of the design.
  • Order any design materials as necessary.
  • Assist in any design-related questions during the project in order to successfully process the project from start to finish; may include pre-sites and occasional site visits).
  • Keep records of customer interactions, providing timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Assist in answering any inbound phone calls and book appointments as necessary when the administrative assistant is not available.
Qualifications:
  • Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred).
  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred).
  • Customer Service Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred).
  • Education: Interior Design degree and/or Kitchen and Bath Design certification from a University or Technical College, preferred but not required.
  • Experience using 20/20 Technologies, SketchUp or Similar Program, preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to travel to job sites, and vendor locations and have own transportation.
  • The ability to sell and close a project is required.
