You will be responsible for shaping compelling stories, defining messaging and copy, and ensuring a cohesive content approach across every customer touchpoint.
You will lead the Content function within the Creative team, managing our Social Media Specialist, and freelance copywriters, while partnering closely with Marketing, Paid Media and Video Production to deliver engaging content for both our Host Family and Au Pair audiences.
This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with execution. You'll balance creativity, organization and strong project management while creating compelling content that supports the recruitment of both Host Families and Au Pairs. • Content Management & Editorial Direction: Oversee content creation across websites, digital advertising, social media, email, print, podcasts and mobile-first platforms, ensuring high editorial quality, consistency and brand standards.
  • Brand Messaging: Own messaging, tone of voice and copy across customer touchpoints, overseeing product content and ensuring consistency across campaigns, websites, emails, print and informational content.
  • Storytelling & Content Development: Identify, source and develop compelling stories, families and au pairs for campaigns, social media and brand storytelling. Conduct interviews and help bring stories to life across multiple formats.
  • Creative Production: Partner closely with the Video Production team to plan productions, develop scripts and storyboards, coordinate shoots, manage production logistics and support interviews on set.
  • SEO, AI & Content Performance: Apply SEO best practices, leverage AI tools and use performance insights to continuously improve content quality, visibility and engagement.
  • Project & Workflow Management: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, coordinate priorities across teams, oversee content calendars and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the Social Media Specialist, and freelance copywriters, providing clear direction, feedback and support while fostering strong collaboration across Creative, Marketing, Design and Paid Media.

Skills & Experience
  • Exceptional copywriting, editing and storytelling skills across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Strong experience in content strategy, editorial planning and project management from ideation through delivery, including publishing directly in CMS platforms and working with digital marketing teams to publish ads.
  • Experience leading content teams, freelancers and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curious about AI, emerging technologies and digital trends, using them to improve content quality and efficiency.
  • Highly organized, proactive and creative, with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in content creation, editorial or content management, ideally within a B2C or international brand.
  • Proven experience creating content across digital, social, websites, email, print and video.
  • Strong experience in copywriting, brand messaging and editorial content.
