Summary
Dauby Real Estate, a thriving independent brokerage in Southwest Indiana, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to infuse our online presence with creativity, enthusiasm, and consistency. This role centers on social media management and content creation-you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and sharing engaging content that highlights the experience of working with our team for sellers and showcases the benefits of being part of our agent community. If you're eager to apply your creative talents to a dynamic and expanding brand, we want to connect with you!
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content (Primary Focus)
  • Shoot short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style content) multiple times a week - team moments, market updates, client wins, behind-the-scenes of the business
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and post content across Instagram and Facebook (our most active platform)
  • Help build and maintain a content calendar that supports our brand voice: educational, data-driven, professional but personable
  • Capture content that speaks to our core audience - home buyers and sellers in Southwest Indiana as well as other real estate agents
  • Stay on top of what's working and bring fresh ideas to the table

Additional Support
  • Coordinate listing logistics: photo scheduling, coordinating errand running, and other listing launch tasks
  • Support the team with day-to-day office tasks including preparing and printing marketing materials
