Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America's boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country'sย biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.ย

We are looking for a concept-driven, strategically mindedย Associate Creative Director (ACD)ย to help driveย high-profile creative campaigns for the Stand Together brand and its network of partners, including globally recognized names in music, sports, lifestyle, and film.ย In this role, you will blend vision, content strategy, and innovative thinking with a deep understanding of storytelling and its ability to move audiences. • Branding and its various expressions.ย
  • Navigating a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.ย
  • Experience with behavior change campaigns.
What We Offer
  • Competitive benefits: Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible time off, comprehensive health and dental plans, plus wellness and mental health support through Peloton andย Talkspace.ย
  • A meaningful career: Join a passionate community of over 1,300 employees dedicated to improving lives and driving innovative solutions to complex social challenges.ย
