Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Producer (Performance Marketing) based in Norway.

As a Creative Producer, you’ll own the creative production engine supporting user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple digital products. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of video, static, GIF, and landing-page creatives, from concept development through delivery and publication. You’ll combine creative judgment with performance data to identify what to scale, iterate, or stop. The role offers significant ownership, with an expectation that you proactively develop new concepts rather than simply execute briefs. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, freelance creatives, agencies, and marketing teams in a fully remote environment. You’ll also work hands‑on with AI‑powered creative tools and mobile‑first advertising formats across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.

Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end creative production pipeline for the user acquisition team, covering concept development, production, iteration, and delivery of video, static, and GIF advertising assets, with an expected volume of approximately 100+ assets per month.
  • Manage the complete landing-page and funnel production process, including quizzes, one-pagers, and interactive formats, from initial brief through publication, coordinating in-house developers and designers across approximately 20 projects per month.
  • Proactively research, develop, and test new creative concepts, formats, and approaches instead of relying solely on incoming marketing briefs.
  • Analyze creative and campaign performance to make data-informed decisions about which concepts to scale, discontinue, or iterate.
  • Prepare clear creative briefs and scripts and contribute directly to the production and editing of photo and video content, including footage, music, graphics, and other assets.
  • Coordinate freelance creative teams and external agencies, assigning work, managing production timelines, and maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
  • Continuously explore AI‑powered creative generation and automation tools to improve production efficiency and expand creative experimentation.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure creative output supports acquisition goals and campaign performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in creative production, creative operations, or a comparable production-focused role, ideally within mobile gaming, iGaming, or B2C digital products.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced digital environment is a strong advantage.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑based creative generation tools and mobile‑first advertising formats for platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts, write briefs and scripts, and edit photo and video content.
  • Practical experience sourcing and coordinating footage, music, graphics, and other creative assets.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and the ability to use campaign and creative data to guide production decisions.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative workstreams and external contributors simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working in a fully English-speaking, remote environment.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above; native-level English is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working with explicit or adult-oriented advertising content, as this is an essential requirement for the role.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, full-time working opportunity.
  • Compensation details and the initial salary range will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before employment begins.
  • 28 calendar days of paid vacation per year.
  • 7 additional wellness days annually for personal, household, or recovery needs.
  • Referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful employee recommendations.
  • 50% reimbursement for professional training, international conferences, and relevant professional events.
  • Corporate discounts for English language lessons.
  • Health support of up to $1,000 gross per year for employees who are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, which can be used toward personal health insurance or eligible medical expenses for employees and close family members.
  • Workplace support, including equipment and office or coworking options where available, or reimbursement of eligible home-office and coworking expenses of up to $1,000 gross once every three years.
  • Internal gamified recognition program where colleagues can award bonuses that can be exchanged for merchandise, team-building activities, massage certificates, and other rewards.
  • Remote-first environment with the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with an international team.
