BDC Representative Overview: We are looking for a motivated, high-energy individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team. This role is critical to driving dealership success by engaging with internet customers, building relationships, and setting quality showroom appointments.
This is not a sit-back role - we are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
