Job description

At ALLO, we believe people are our biggest asset. Our team brings the ALLO mission to life because as local members of each community, we live, work, play, and volunteer right here with you. We're passionate about being involved and contributing to the success and progress of each of our GIG Communities.
We pursue these passions because ALLO leaders have created a workplace where folks are valued, ideas are heard, and leaders and teammates show up for each other at work and in life.

We're not looking for someone to wait for assignments; we're looking for someone who sees what needs to happen next and makes it happen.
At ALLO, speed matters. Our network is fast, our growth is fast, and our marketing has to keep up. The Creative Marketing team will own how we show up in our markets - identifying opportunities, building campaigns, and evolving our approach based on what customers need.
This role has equal emphasis on strategy and execution. You'll lead creative direction, develop campaigns from the ground up, and continuously refine how we market across different communities. What works in one market won't always work in another; you'll need the instinct and curiosity to figure out why, and the agility to adjust quickly.
We're a collaborative, fast-moving team that values people who are proactive, accountable, and customer-first. If you're someone who brings ideas to the table, moves quickly, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, you'll fit right in.
Knowledge and experience are essential, but character is just as important. We look for those who show a natural inclination for our core values: Local, Honest, Exceptional, and Hassle-Free.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively identify marketing opportunities and build campaigns to meet business and market needs
  • Lead campaigns from concept through execution, owning both strategy and delivery
  • Bridge the gap between large-scale campaigns and day-to-day social media by creating and guiding organic, platform-native content
  • Adapt marketing strategies by market - learning what resonates locally and adjusting messaging, creative, and channels accordingly
  • Jump into concept, design, and develop content across platforms (digital, social, web, email, video) when needed
  • Ensure ALLO's all-fiber story is clear, differentiated, and consistently communicated
  • Use data and performance insights to refine campaigns and improve results
  • Help multiple teams execute a variety of initiatives across marketing, social media, sales, public relations, event coordination, and internal communications - all while staying organized!
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, priorities, and execution
  • Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve speed, efficiency, and creative output
  • Stay on top of trends, tools, and shifts in marketing to continuously evolve our approach
  • Comfortable presenting content and campaigns for approval to all levels of leadership within the organization
  • Create, create, create!
  • Being local is our core value, volunteer for ALLO and community events

For Colorado Residents: Typical pay range for this role is $21 to $30 an hour depending on experience.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field

  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative roles

  • Proven experience developing and leading marketing campaigns

  • Experience creating or directing organic, social-first content

  • Experience working across multiple audiences, markets, or regions

  • Experience collaborating across teams including sales, PR, events, and internal communications

  • Experience in telecom, technology, or a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Technical proficiency - strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus), Figma, Canva, etc

  • AI Integration - experience leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation, content creation, and workflows

  • Collaborative & team-oriented - works seamlessly across departments and within the creative team, navigating feedback from multiple stakeholders without taking it personally

  • Business-minded & customer-focused - prioritizes what's best for the company and our audiences in all creative decisions

  • Adaptive & fast-moving - able to adjust priorities, stay organized, and maintain quality in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Nearly excessive knowledge of social media platforms

  • Advanced knowledge of spelling and grammar. Attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Possess/maintain valid driver's license

  • Ability to operate a computer

  • Remain stationary for extended periods
