Qualifications

Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of consultative outside sales experience selling professional or business services into the C-suite
  • Consistent track record of closing complex, high-value deals with senior-level decision-makers
  • Experience in marketing services, media production, branding, organizational development, consulting (HR, marketing, advisory) or related professional services
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect independently and build a pipeline from scratch
  • Strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, forecasting, presenting, negotiating, and closing
  • Creative storytelling ability you sell ideas, solutions, and outcomes, not commodities
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
